Home Ownership and Lending

Home-ownership and lending strategies are usually core components of revitalization strategies, and we have significant experience in designing and implementing home-ownership promotion systems, including specialized loan products and other financing tools. Many of our associates were involved in the creation of the national NeighborWorks® Campaign for Home Ownership, a national effort to help underserved Americans achieve home ownership, that has assisted more than 78,000 new homeowners and generated more than $7 billion of investment in neighborhoods across the nation.
